Super!!
I will TRULY NEVER understand why people don’t like wood peckers! I LOVE them I LOVE the pecking it’s so amazing to see what this little bird can do with it’s beak! Beautiful shot!
ours are busy here, too. 23 degrees this morning. they need fuel.
Simple gorgeous…
Looks like he’s wondering where to start first!
He is adorable, Pat.
I’m loving the artistic flair that you’re giving your shots. I saw a hairy woodpecker the other day and was so surprised. Hope you’re having a great Christmas week!
great work!
Great photo with the woodpecker at the feeder.
I love watching the woodies, wonderful photo!
Beautiful! Suet is a big attraction this time of year!!
We have a couple of pair that come to the feeders regularly — so sweet!
Fantastic! I had to look really carefully to decide whether it was a photo or a painting!!
Nice picture! Woodpeckers and feeders are made for each other.
Cheers and thanks for linking to WBW.

beautiful. would you mind sharing how to make these watercolours? i’ve tried a variety of ways but none of mine turn out as beautifully as yours…
I started with this video tutorial
Play with the sliders to get the look you want.
Adding a little fuel to warm its belly and energize its wings. Nicely done!
What a lovely effect!
Great shot!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

Great shot! I’ve had a downy woodpecker on my suet almost every day since the blizzard came.

Wonderful image Pat!
I just love these little downs! We hadn’t seen one since early this summer, and a couple of days ago, a male and female showed up at the feeders.
