Wild Bird Wednesday
I love the way the bird is all fluffed up against the cold.
Beautiful picture you show 🙂 Hanne Bente
He (she?) does look very puffed up! That’s a decent down jacket.
Cheers and thanks for linking to WBW.

Pretty shot of the Dove, it looks like it is all puffed trying to stay warm.
Happy New year, Pat!
Your bring the snowy winter feeling right to us.
What a gorgeous shot, and the courage on that face!
Looks very good!
What a beautiful winter photo. Poor dove, though! Hope he is staying warm.
Looks like one of mine!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Wow, a bird I recognize! Nice photo!
Happy New Year to you too! 🙂
Great paint effect of the cute dove on a snowy wire — :>) —
Fluffed up and lovely dove Pat. Margie
great shot of the dove. 🙂
Doves are so pretty all puffed out.
Oh, the dove looks cold! Today I saw a hawk facing the wind, feathers all ruffled out and I wondered just how much cold wind it could tolerate. Your photo is another “watercolor” beauty.
Oh I love how the MODO just hang out in the trees, around the bird bath in the tray feeders, we they have to be careful. I have a coopers hawk here daily and he has taken at least one.. Michelle
Hi. Nice capture! Wishing you a Happy New Year.
So very lovely.
So sweet all puffed up to stay warm!!!
My very favorite bird! Poor fella looks cold.
This is beautiful, Pat.
Have a wonderful weekend!
A beautiful image, love the subtle texture work and frame too 🙂
Beautiful shot of the Mourning Dove Pat! They are one of my favorites. Their soft coos in the Spring have a tranquilizing effect.
